I just wanted to use this opportunity of my first journal entry to introduce myself.<br /><br />My name is Melissa Conrad and <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">I'm</span> a Professional Realtor in Port St Lucie, Florida. Port St Lucie on the east coast of Florida about 45 minutes north of West Palm Beach and about 1.5 hours south east of Orlando. We are perfectly located in my opinion!<br /><br />I am a native to Florida, born and raised! There <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1">aren't</span> many of us around... why is that? I love this state and <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2">couldn't</span> imagine leaving the ocean and warm weather. ( you ask about hurricanes, let me ask you about snow storms, <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3">tornado</span> or earthquakes) At least I know weeks in advance they are coming and I am prepared! Small <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4">sacrifice</span> for this weather!<br /><br />I went to college for graphic art / web design. I worked in this field of internet for 8 years before joining real estate. I have to tell you, I love to sell Real Estate. I dont mean I love the money, which I do of course, I mean I love to sell Real Estate. The people I meet, the homes we see, the negotiation, all of it! This is my career for good. I can be creative and personal and I work for myself. Hopefully when you need Real Estate assistance you and I will have the pleasure to meet.<br /><br />As for this BLOG, this is new for me. I have many people contact me with all sorts of questions, by phone and email. I figured I would give everyone another avenue AND that way we can all share our questions, answers and discussions. I ASK TWO THINGS...<br />#1 - Keep it professional! No spam, hate mail or nasty comments.
